I ordered this product for my 2 year old grandson last year for Christmas, I was told to order in time for delivery. I ordered in october and received in november. Did not open until Christmas and it came out of box not working, and called several times about it but could not exchange because over exchange date. This company would not do anything about it except was always going to call back or send customer service an email. That was in 2010 and it is almost been a year and still nothing. My grandson has to just look at the toy and will never be able to ride it. Please do not order this product not worth it.........

only thing nice,is it looks great.got as a christmas gift.but my grandson has never got to ride it.the gear box is broke on it.and they wont fix this problem.
